Description	On site living estate auction in Creedmore NC. Has very nice, good quality furniture and household items, some tools and lawn equipment, Iron metal patio sets, and multiple real wood book shelves, and lots of books. All items must be picked up on location the following Friday and Saturday after the Auction closes. All items are located at 3088 Wren Rd., Creedmore, NC, 27522.

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THEY MAY HAVE CHANGED. 1. By registering to bid buyer is aggreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions. 2. You must register to bid. 3. You must be 18 years of age or older. 4. You must submit your credit card infomation to be able to bid. 5. 13% buyer's premium will be added to bid price and will be included in full purchase. 6. Buyer's premium will include sales tax, credit card processing fees, and on line auction listing fees. 7. Sales tax will not be added to purchase price. 8. All items sold as is, where is. All sales are final, no refunds. 9. Before auction we are only offering only a 1 day preview due to being on site. See specific dates and times below. 10. After auction, items must be picked up on FRIDAY APRIL 27, 2018 11:00AM TO 4:00PM, AND SATURDAY APRIL 28, 2018 10:00AM TO 4:00PM. 11. Items not picked up within the above days will be forfeited DUE TO BEING AN ON SITE and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. 12. Buyer's are responsible for loading of all items. Auction staff cannot assist with moving, loading and delivering. 13.
