By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidders cannot rescind or reduce their bids. Auctioneer has right to withdraw or add items at their sole discretion, can group individual lots together or split single lots into multiples, and has right to settle all bidding disputes. Invoices containing jewelry, coins or silver will require payment by cash, wire transfer, or approved certified funds if you have not established a prior bidding history with our company. Island Auction Co. reserves the right to hold items paid for by check until the check has cleared. We accept USD (U S Dollars), VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER All sales subject to North Carolina sales tax as stipulated by state law, unless you have a resale certificate on file. All items must be picked up on the Designated day ( 19/3/20 & 10/4/2020) unless prior arrangements have be made. Any items not claimed on those two days will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Island Auction Co. with no refunds given. Pick up is done at the responsibility of the buyer. All packing, handling, shipping and delivery services are performed at the sole risk of the buyer. Purchases must be paid for in full prior to pick up. Registered bidders will be added to our customer database & will be sent email notices of upcoming auctions. Any announcements made day of auction take precedence over printed matter. Any and all disputes resulting or arising in connection with this auction shall be heard in the general court of Dare County, North Carolina as the sole and exclusive venue.
