When the item/lot closes internet bidding on Friday night, the high bid will be the starting bid for the live auction on saturday night. If the internet bid remains the high bid, you will win that item. If a live bidder outbids you, then they will win the item regardless of status of the internet bids.

Checkout Date/Time All lots must be paid at the live auction if you attend and your internet bid or live bid wins the lot. If you do not attend and your internet bid wins the lot, you must pay and pick up within 48 hours after the auction ends. Contact the auctioneer for a time.

Estate items and 8 guns up for auction! Auction is online only. All items must be paid for and picked up within 48 hours of the end of the auction. There is an 15% buyers premium added to each lot at this auction. Please contact the auctioneer, Ray Floyd NCAL 5311 @ 910.352.2756 with any questions or for a possible preview Please see the Terms for the exact details regarding this auction. It does not end when the online auction ends and is picked up the following night as a live auction. ---IMPORTANT--- If you win a lot containing a firearm, you must have any and all necessary permits required by law. All firearms must be paid for to the auctioneer, and then picked up from Tiller and Lenier Guns at 8 Jackson Street in Wilmington, NC. There is a $25 fee to the gun shop and they will be following ALL regulations relating to the purchase of firearms in North Carolina. Please dont bid on lots containing weapons if you are legally unable to own it, or if you are not willing to go through the proper legal channel. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this process and there is absolutely no way around anything mentioned above.
The auction does not end online. It is rolled over at the live portion of the auction Saturday night. Please see Auction Notices for the details.
