If an item is stated as NEW, it is new, and not a return. Returns will be noted as such. Used items are just that: used and not cleaned. All items are in the exact same condition as we received them and have not been cleaned. All items are sold as-is, with no guarantees, and NO returns whatsoever. No chargebacks are allowed on credit cards either. IF you do this, you will be blocked, and reported for fraud (As you still have the items) and our attorneys will be in touch with you. You will also be blocked from future bidding. Coins and money are exactly the way we received them. Could be silver, may not be, we are not coin dealers so we have no idea. There are so many fakes out there and we have no way of telling, so use your own discretion when Bidding and buying money. The best we can do is use a neodymium magnet and weight coins that appear to be very clean. On silver coins, if a coin is suspect of being a reproduction (or magnetic) we will note so in the description, and the title will state SEE DESCRIPTION so there is no confusion. We may also note it as a token if we are unsure of the authenticity of a coin. Our description is merely a guideline describing it as we see it and is our opinion only. We do use talk to text when describingan item, so don't always count on the wording, always see the pictures to be 100% sure what you are bidding on. Please see pictures on all items as we may miss something in the title or description. Pictures are the best way to determine if something is like you are hoping it is. We will ship everything, except for the furniture. Books can go media mail, but not when combined with other items. All Items will be shipped the cheapest way, except we will add insurance and registered delivery when we deem necessary. We do not mark up shipping, what it costs us is what it will cost you. We use appropriate boxes, mailers, and packing material to do the best of our ability to make sure your items arrive safely. Items are usually packed for shipping on Tuesday and Wednesday, and will usually be en route no later than Thursday. Shipping will be billed on a separate charge after the items are shipped. If you prefer pick-up, Pick-up will start no earlier than Thursday at 899 East main ave, Taylorsville, Nc, 28681. (Think Pink Marketplace). The store is open Tues-Friday 9-6 and Sat 9-3. Please try to make time to come during regular store hours. If you cannot do this, please call or text 704-682-6968 so we can make different arrangements. Any items not picked up within 2 weeks of the auction ending date will be considered abandoned and forfeited without a refund. Please register with the credit card that you intend on paying with, and it will be charged at auction completion. 4% fee for credit cards will be charged as well. No fee if paying cash upon pickup. If you plan on picking up and paying cash, make sure we know BEFORE Monday, by either Text or a phone call please. No bid cancellations as we are not always sitting in front of a computer to cancel a bid, so please make sure you look at all of the pictures and descriptions before bidding. If you do a chargeback on your credit card, there is an automatic fee of $35 that will be added to your account and collected via the court system. We process all chargebacks as theft, as all chargebacks are done without returning the items to us, and since we do not accept returns, they are all considered theft once you sign in to the auction and agree to the terms. The auction company may be bidding on some items as they are consigned to the auction company to sell for the consignor. As of 4-19-2022, wire transfer will be required on all purchases over $500. This is due to the fact of too many cases of fraud with online purchases. The fee’s for wire transfer are generally less expensive than credit card fees, but do vary from bank to bank. If we are shipping, items will be shipped out wiithin 3-5 days of the end of the auction. The shipping charges will be billed in a seperate invoice after the auction.
