No guarantees, warranties, refunds or exchanges. * All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. There are no refunds or reverse bids, inspect before you bid, ask questions. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Village Square Auctions reserve the right to reject any bid at our discretion. * NC taxes will be charged. If you have a tax exempt certificate it must be presented no later than at the time of pick up, no exceptions. It is encouraged to email the certificate in upon registration. * Buyer's premium rate charged: 18%, with 3% discount for cash on local pick up * Payment types Cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express * Required time of pickup/checkout and any charges for storage: Village Square Auctions will charge buyer $30/day storage fee if you need to make arrangements outside of the local pick up times. These types of arrangements need to be made on the first day of pick ups. Any item not picked up within 30 days of conclusion of the auction will be forfeited, no matter of payment status. * Village Square Auctions works with a local shipping company for all shipping lots. The shipper picks up between Monday and Wednesday after the auction. They will pack your items and send you an invoice. Once your shipping invoice is paid they will ship your lot(s). You, the buyer, are responsible for ALL shipping costs. * For internet-only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction or a lot in the case of system failures/glitches. * Cards on file will be automatically be charged If you have not contacted us 48 Hours after the Auction Ends to make other payment arrangements. Local pick ups: Sunday July 24th & Monday July 25th from 10am-2pm. 1808 Anthony Road Suite 106 Burlington, NC 27215 We work with a local shipper. The shipper picks up between Wednesday-Friday after the auction and will email you the shipping invoice for payment. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
