This is the 1st of 2 separate auctions. The 1st auction is an estate auction of Mrs. Peggy Lucas (Living). We will be selling most all of Mrs. Peggy's personnal belongings at this auction because she is down sizing. There will be 2 bedroom suites, coffe table (with lift top), end table, lamps, Howard & Miller Grandfather clock, corner china cabinet, dishes, model planes, wicker furniture set, Coo-Coo clocks, books, antique saxophone, accordion and harmonicas, antique typewriter, wooden dining room table & chairs, wooden kitchen table & chairs, decorative pictures, antique Lionel train set, RCA record player (in wooden cabintet), table & chairs from the 1950's, dolls, NASCAR collectibles, Christmas decorations, books and much, much more. This will be an online ONLY auction. There will be a 10% Buyers Premium added to the successful bidders high bid along with NC sales tax of 6.75%. We accept cash or major credit cards as acceptable means of payment.
