ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS. ALL SALES FINAL. 18% Buyer's Premium added to all purchases. TOTAL TICKETS OVER $5,000 WIRE TRANSFER, BANK CHECK, OR CASH ONLY. All other invoices credit or debit card only. NO CHECKS. For sterling silver, gold, etc - Content is guaranteed. Weight is provided as a courtesy. Sales tax of 6.75% collected unless tax ID number on file. Credit card on file will be run at conclusion of auction. In-house shipping is available for small items with reasonable packing fees plus actual shipping via FedEx. Please look for "Shipping Available" or message us before bidding if you're unsure. We are a high volume auction business and, though we make great efforts to photograph damage above normal wear and tear based on the age and use of each item, we are simply not able to catch every flaw on every item. We remind you that items are sold as-is, where-is. Shipping / Pick Up

PICK UP: Wednesday-Friday 10AM-5PM at 2514 Neuse Blvd, New Bern, NC. ITEMS NEED TO BE REMOVED BY THE FRIDAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION AT 5PM. Help is typically available to load but not guaranteed. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping materials for smalls. We are happy to help load, but due to labor shortages you may have a significant wait if our assistance is needed in loading your vehicle. If you need to have things done quickly please bring enough help to load your own items. SHIPPING: *SUMMER CLEAN OUT SHIPPING* - Please note that group lots or box lots typically have high shipping charges due to the amount of items and box size, and box quantity needed to package. We are happy to ship these items for you, but please be aware we have no control over the shipping cost charged by FedEx. The purchase price of a lot does not affect shipping costs. Shipping available in house for small items, please look for "Shipping Available" logo or email to ask about shipping availability before bidding. Packing fee (typically $5-$15 per BOX) plus actual insured shipping rate via FedEx. You will have two charges on your card - one for purchases and a second for shipping & handling. All invoices over $200 will be sent with Signature Confirmation - No Exceptions. We do not ship furniture or large items in house, but will be happy to refer you to blanket wrap shipping vendors. Due to the size of this auction shipping may be delayed. If you are in a rush for your items we will be happy to drop them off at the local UPS store for you to coordinate shipping arrangements with them.
