Bidding Notice: If you place a bid on an item and you are the winning bidder you are then responsible for payment and pickup of the item or items. Payment and pickup must be made by 5PM Monday, August 15th at 640 South Oak Ridge Rd., Oakboro, NC 28129.. All property is sold in “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc, will be allowed. Property is available for inspection at specified times and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition. Bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, charge back, etc. All descriptions have been gathered from sources which we believe to be reliable but are not guaranteed. Auctioneer makes no warranty expressed or implied of any kind with respect to condition, authenticity, provenance, source, condition, suitability for a particular purpose, etc.. Auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify, delete any item in the auction. If payment is not made within 48 hours of auction close, credit card on file will be charged. If item(s) are not picked up with 10 days of auction close, items will be sold for storage.

Auction Notice: Checkouts & pickups for this auction will be Sunday, August 14th 12PM to 4PM and Monday, August 15th 10AM to 5PM at 640 South Oak Ridge Rd., Oakboro, NC 28129. Invoices will be emailed immediately following the auction close. If you think you won an item or items and didn't receive an email from us please check your spam folder.
