This Subway is located inside of the Walmart Supercenter in Wallace. The store will remain open until May 22 in case you want to preview the equipment. On May 23, all electrical equipment will be disconnected and the walk in cooler and freezer, dismantled. This is being done at no cost to the buyer(s), and will speed up removal. The ONLY days for removal are May 24 & 25 from 9AM - 4PM. We cannot enter the building on May 26. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BIDDING, IF YOU CANNOT MEET THIS REMOVAL SCHEDULE.
EQUIPMENT CONDITION: **All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. **All sales are final. **All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s). **In the event, any item is lost or stolen, before the invoice is settled, the sale will be voided and the buyer not charged. Once the invoice has been paid the item(s) become THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: if we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. The credit card used at time of registration will be used to settle the invoice for all purchases. There is a 3% processing fee that will be shown as an increase of the Buyer's Premium from 10% to 13%. If your credit card payment is denied, you will be contacted immediately by a staff member. We will require another credit card for payment. Failure to complete the purchase and remove the items will result in a suspension or revocation of your bidding privileges for future auctions.
